![]() Education is based off of Bedrock, so even if Amulet doesn't reference Education specifically, edits will still work.ĥ. Always close down Minecraft before using Amulet, but you'll need to open the world in Minecraft Education at least once to be able to locate the files for editing.Ĥ. Weird things can sometimes happen during the conversion process.ģ. Backup your Java world before proceeding. Amulet isn't officially supported in any way (but it is a tool we content builders rely on, so there are a lot of YouTube videos, and I am happy to answer any questions you might have too).Ģ. If it's a larger area that you need to cover, You can open the world in Amulet, and use the fill tool to place your deny blocks.ġ. From here (as Danny mentioned), you can use fill commands to place your deny blocks. Once you have it converted to Bedrock you can import the world into Minecraft Education. You can do this with either chunker, or with Amulet. Sounds like you have a great project on the go.įirst step is converting the world to Bedrock. ![]() However when I use the ace(DENY, pos(~0,~0,~0)) function in my javascript, i get an error saying that no such block exists. I absolutely do not want to waste my time by having to dig underneath my buildings and painstakingly place deny blocks one at a time. ![]() Also for efficiency i want to be able to do this at scale, deploying a whole matrix of blocks using coordinates. Because I want to deploy these blocks beneath existing creations, it would be ideal if I could deploy deny blocks some distance beneath the surface of the ground and have those blocks replace what ever blocks sit currently at that location. I am trying to place "deny" blocks around particular important points (such as beneath and in front of boards that my students like to destroy obscure with blocks) and underneath buildings that I wish to prevent students from destroying. I am trying to take a world that I have been working on for some years in Java edition and prepare it for use in my classroom with Education edition. ![]() TLDR: How can I deploy a large matrix of DENY blocks all at once with a code or command? ![]()
